1. Scope of Service

The Al-Attar store provides information about our products and enables online purchases of available items, together with account, order, loyalty, store-location, and other digital services that may be introduced from time to time.

2. Account and User Information

Some services may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and current information and for keeping your login details secure. We may suspend or restrict an account where unusual activity, misuse, or a breach of these terms is detected.

3. Products and Displayed Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product names, prices, images, ingredients, and other details accurately. Minor details such as packaging, color, or presentation may differ from the images shown.

Information about herbs, ingredients, and benefits is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional healthcare advice. Anyone with a medical condition, allergy, medication use, pregnancy, or breastfeeding concerns should seek professional advice when appropriate before using a product.

4. Prices and Orders

The price displayed at checkout is the applicable store price at the time an order is placed. We reserve the right to correct an obvious pricing or product-description error before an order is completed. Submission of an order does not necessarily mean final acceptance, and an order may be rejected or cancelled if an item is unavailable, a technical or pricing error occurs, or order information cannot be verified.

5. Payment

The store currently offers cash on delivery. Electronic card payment will be enabled only after a secure payment gateway that protects cardholder data is connected.

When electronic payment is selected, card data is processed by a dedicated payment provider. Al-Attar does not store the full card number or CVV in the store database. We may retain payment status, transaction references, and other information needed to manage the order and accounting records.

An electronically paid order is considered paid only after successful payment confirmation is received from the payment provider.

6. Delivery and Collection

Available delivery or collection options are shown during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by location, stock availability, operational circumstances, or events outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address, phone number, and location information where required.

7. Al-Attar Loyalty Points

Under the current program, an eligible customer earns 1 loyalty point for every 1 Jordanian dinar of qualifying spend, and every 10 points equal a discount of 1 Jordanian dinar when redeemed. Points are subject to eligibility and order-status conditions and are valid for 6 months from the date earned unless otherwise stated in the store.

Points are not cash and cannot be exchanged for cash. The loyalty program may be changed or discontinued in the future, with updated terms displayed on the website, subject to applicable law.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use the website unlawfully, attempt to compromise or disrupt it, access accounts or systems without authorization, use automated methods that harm website performance, or submit fraudulent information when creating an account or placing an order.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, including trademarks, logos, text, designs, images, and informational materials, is owned by its respective rights holders or used under permission. It may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization.

10. Website Availability and Liability

We aim to keep the website available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of technical errors or maintenance periods. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the website or reliance on general information as a substitute for professional advice.
